Care guide — quick tips

Most of our plants prefer moderate watering — allow top 2–3 cm of soil to dry before watering. Succulents need much less.

We label each plant with its preferred light: low, medium, or bright indirect. Avoid harsh direct sun for many indoor varieties.

Inspect leaves regularly; wipe dust and treat early with gentle insecticidal soap for scale or spider mites.

Packaging & transit care

Plants are secured, watered appropriately for transit and sent with a care insert. For long-distance courier, we may use additional moisture packs.

We offer same-day delivery in selected urban areas for orders placed before 2pm local time. Rural deliveries may take 1–3 business days. Delivery fees depend on distance; free delivery for orders over $120 in metro zones.
